Mrkev jsem nakrájela na kolečka a dusila jsem jí podlitou vodou, mírně osolila, ale přidala jsem ještě několik zrnek nového koření a tři bobkové listy.</li>
<li>Zvlášť jsem si připravila světlou máslovou jíšku a mrkev malinko zahustila. Přidala jsem smetanu a nakonec ochutila octem a cukrem. Mrkev máme rádi sladkokyselou.</li>

Vepřovou plec jsem dusila podlitou vodou vcelku spolu s cibulí a česnekem. Když bylo maso skoro měkké, naporcovala jsem ho a zalila rozmíchanou vepřovou šťávou. Maso jsem nechala ještě zapéct, aby mělo pěknou barvu.</li>

V pánvi na oleji zpěníme cibulku do zlatova.Na zpěněnou cibuli přidáme maso a necháme chvilku orestovat. Potom přidáme červenou papriku, sůl a kmín, zamícháme a chvíli dusíme pod pokličkou.
